1. Who we are

Uvicon (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a Nordic market expansion advisory based in Sweden. For any questions about this policy or your personal data, contact us at yuval@uvicon.se. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Uvicon is the data controller of personal data collected through this website.

2. What data we collect

We only collect personal data that you voluntarily provide through our contact form:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Subject (optional)
  • The content of your message
  • The date and time of the submission

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics, or tracking pixels on this website. Standard server logs may temporarily record technical information such as IP address and user agent for security and abuse prevention.

3. Why we process your data

We process the data you submit through the contact form solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to explore a potential business relationship. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you tick the consent box and submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. How your data is stored and shared

Contact submissions are stored in a secure database hosted in the EU and are forwarded by email to Uvicon. We use trusted processors to host the website, the database, and to deliver transactional email. We never sell your personal data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. How long we keep your data

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting engagement, and are deleted no later than 24 months after our last interaction, unless a longer retention is required by law.

6. Your rights under the GDPR

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email yuval@uvicon.se. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY).

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page along with an updated “last updated” date above.
